I have Sage 50 V19 and need to extract data in a .csv format and import the same, it mentions mapping and I am getting really confused?

Field mapping is making sure you match the fields up correctly from excel to Accounts. So the one column will show all the columns in your Excel sheet and the other column shows the available fields in Accounts.
You need to make sure you are importing the data from excel in to the correct fields in Accounts. So what you will be saying is this column titled (Contact) in my excel sheet will be imported to the field (contact) in Accounts.
